Consultancy Agreement
Consultancy Agreement shall be concluded.
Contents of consulting services shall be agreed upon from the contents of our services and customer’s requirements & needs.
Payment shall be made by TTR on monthly basis for consulting fee plus other expenses.
Agency Agreement
Agency Agreement shall be concluded.
Scope of work (ie; Product, Area, Market Segment, etc.) and percentage of the fee shall be agreed upon prior to signing agreement.
Our role will be thirdhand. Our fees would be calculated based on the contract amount concluded by customer, in other words, reward for success.
